After being named the high school player of the year during his senior season, the Washington Wizards made him the first pick of the 2001 NBA Draft, and he was the first player to be selected #1 straight out of high school. Brown has moved around quite a lot in his 13 years in the league, and has been a member of the Wizards, Los Angeles Lakers, Memphis Grizzlies, Detroit Pistons, Charlotte Bobcats, Golden State Warriors and most recently the Philadelphia 76ers.
